“Mobilla Has Received This Recognition, All Thanks to The Efforts Of The Entire Team”

Mobilla is one of the fastest growing brands in the lifestyle accessories segment serving a large number of customers across the Indian market. With its motto “Har Pal Ke Liye”, the brand has built a strong portfolio of lifestyle products that meet the requirements of Gen Z customers. With receiving an astounding response from the customers, Mobilla has also amazed the whole ICT industry by bringing good quality products at affordable price points. In line with its strong success, Mobilla has been honoured with the Mid-day Icon for Iconic Most Preferred & Trusted Indian Brand for Lifestyle Accessories. On this success, Mobilla’s Co-founders, Hetal Shah and Jignesh Shah have shared their views. Read below the excerpts:

DT: What are your feelings on receiving this honour and who would you like to dedicate it to? 

Jignesh: Mobilla feels proud to be recognised as Mid-Day Icon for Iconic Most Preferred & Trusted Indian Brand for Lifestyle Accessories. This award is the result of the hard work and efforts that the entire Mobilla team has been putting in since the beginning. This recognition has reassured us that we are headed in the right direction and further revitalised our spirits and motivated us to keep putting in added efforts. 

DT: What was your vision when you started this venture? Have you been able to achieve it? 

Hetal: We started with the vision to build products with true craftsmanship that will leave a lasting impression on our customers and become a trusted Indian brand. Receiving this Icon and being recognised as a Trusted Indian Brand is a major milestone for us and we believe that we have achieved the vision we started with but there is still more to achieve. 

DT: What have been the challenges/struggles that you had to deal with in your venture? 

Jignesh: Lifestyle Accessories is a vast and fast-changing market with a chaotic and unorganized character. Establishing ourselves in such a market was a big challenge. To deal with it, we opted to operate in a structured manner to understand the existing gap in the market. To fill the gap, we not only brought products having the latest technology and top-quality, but we also made sure that our products are managed responsibly across the supply chain and offered our customers the best customer services along with product repair or replacement under warranty. 

DT: To what would you attribute the success of your venture that won you this icon? 

Hetal: Mobilla has received this recognition all thanks to the efforts of the entire team, from the product design and development team for coming up with trending and effective product ideas, the manufacturing team for making top-quality products offering longevity, the sales team along with our network of super-stockists, distributors and retailers for ensuring the optimum reach of our products in the market, the customer service team for resolving all the customer issues promptly, our leaders for heading us in the right direction, and most significantly our customers for showing trust in us and opting for Mobilla. 

DT: Do you think this icon will add to the brand's popularity in any way? How do you plan to promote it? 

Jignesh: This icon is certainly going to play a major role in increasing the brand’s popularity. We will continue to bring quality products to the market and this icon attached to our brand will help us increase our market reach. We plan to use this recognition effectively in our marketing strategy. This will make it further easy for new and potential customers to opt for Mobilla over other brands. 

DT: What are the future growth plans for your venture?

Hetal: As said earlier, the lifestyle accessories market observes constant change. We plan to keep integrating the latest technology into the mobile accessories and lifestyle products we offer. While doing this, we all plan to keep expanding our market reach in both domestic and overseas markets. 

DT: What are the accomplishments/achievements of your company since it began? 

Jignesh: Over the years we have set up three manufacturing plants and have established a strong network of super-stockists, distributors, retailers, and happy customers. We believe, that the customers are the most vital stakeholder of our company and having a happy, satisfied and trustworthy customer base is our greatest achievement and something we are proud of. Moving forward, we plan to make sure to strengthen the bond that we share with our customers and keep growing. With other recognitions, we are delighted to add Mid-Day Icon for Iconic Most Preferred & Trusted Indian Brand for Lifestyle Accessories to our shelf. 

DT: What has been your success mantra that has led you towards success? 

Hetal: Our success mantra has been to understand the requirements and needs of the customers and fulfil them with top-quality and reliable products. The key is not to stop there and provide the customers with after-sales service. This helped develop the trustworthy bond we share with our customers. 

DT: Have you achieved your mission or is there more to achieve? 

Jignesh: Achieving every goal paves the way for a new mission/Goal. Our mission has always been to embrace technological advancements, incorporate them into our products, and add delight and satisfaction to our customers' day-to-day lives. We believe we have done a good job so far, but we don’t plan on stopping any time soon!
