PeopleStrong has appointed Satyajit Menon, as Group Chief Human Resources Officer. The appointment comes as a part of PeopleStrong’s continued focus on people care, while they continue to hire, engage and develop the best talent towards technology-driven innovations in the HR space across Asia Pacific. In the past few years, Multiples Private Equity backed PeopleStrong has made several key management hires, along with recruiting top tech talent in line with their accelerated growth trajectory.

Satyajit comes with over 20 years of experience in the people function, having worked globally in consulting, outsourcing and technology domains. He has joined PeopleStrong after successful stints at companies like Innovaccer, which was named a Great Place to Work during his time there, as well as at GE Capital, Lehman Brothers, Fidelity, Snapdeal to name a few. Satya is also a People Strategy advisor to some of the top new-age tech startups in India and USA. At PeopleStrong, Satya will lead in building a robust and agile people strategy to propel the group business forward.
