UiPath has announced enhancements to its Business Partner Program to enable organizations around the world to leverage the power of hyperautomation. UiPath is offering new training, certification, and marketing programs for business partners through the launch of its UiPath Services Network (USN).
Forrester predicts* that the global COVID-19 pandemic will drive adoption of automation faster than ever before, and that automation will take on “new urgency in the context of business risk and resilience.” The UiPath Hyperautomation Platform is key to scaling automation across the enterprise with speed and efficiency, offering new capabilities that support every phase of the automation lifecycle with added deployment options. UiPath is bringing automation to the masses by enabling employees to both engage in the automation process and benefit from working alongside robots every day.
UiPath global and regional partners are ushering in the workplace of the future driven by hyperautomation for thousands of businesses around the world. UiPath Business Partner Program enhancements enable these partners to scale end-to-end automation for their clients. UiPath has unveiled the following enhancements for its partners:
RPA Certification and Training
The new USN recognizes an elite network of service delivery partners accredited with advanced delivery skills on par with the UiPath Professional Services team. Currently, more than 180 partners are involved in the USN, with over 20 partners certified worldwide. These partners, which have obtained company-level certification and are designated as UiPath Certified Professional Services, offer strong RPA skills, and can provide both customer references and best practices to customers.
With new training and content optimized for partners, UiPath Academy for Partners allows partners to customize their approach to enablement, achieve profitability, and establish differentiation in the market. An evolution of UiPath’s current training site, the new UiPath Academy for Partners was built based on partner feedback and gives individuals a curated learning experience tailored to their specific job role.
The new approach further democratizes access to UiPath training and delivers the same curriculum to both UiPath partner teams and UiPath employees through a user-friendly site. Partners will now be able to access a significantly expanded set of materials, including product training, solution guides, presentation decks, and more. This role-based content enables partners to personalize how they engage and leverage resources with UiPath in order to best meet their needs and to continue winning in the marketplace. The scaled enablement approach means that partners have always-on access to timely, relevant content that grows their expertise and improves their ability to drive business outcomes.
These training additions build on legacy partner programs such as Partner Academy and Reboot Your Skills. Since launching earlier this year, over 6,000 partners participated in Partner Academy and more than 700 partners recently participated in a free, 4-week online learning program called Reboot Your Skills – designed to enable business users to develop essential automation skills in less than 16 hours. The UiPath Business Partner Portal also offers additional selling and technical tools for business partners to sell RPA.
Turn-key Marketing Programs and Partner Locator
UiPath is launching five new turn-key digital marketing programs, which will be available in the Business Partner Portal, to empower business partners to capture demand for RPA. These programs include:
Later this year, UiPath will also launch a new Partner Locator to help customers find partners in their geography who have the proper skillsets to help them on their automation journeys.
New Technology Integrations
As UiPath grows its technology partnerships and new native integrations, business partners now have more opportunity to provide services around Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and more. Through these integrations, business partners can streamline critical workflows and extend the value of automation across their customers’ businesses.
“The enterprise ecosystem is undergoing a rapid evolution and companies are investing heavily in technologies that enable the digital workplace, such as RPA. As businesses around the world are forced to be more agile due to rapidly changing environments, automation is proving more valuable than ever before,” said Cheryln Chin, VP, Global Partners & Alliances, UiPath. “Through our training, certification, and marketing programs, as well as our technology alliances, we’re making it easier for our business partners, who are on the front lines working with enterprises on their hyperautomation journeys, to plan for and build robots.”
Aurelia Costache, Advisory Leader & CESA Intelligent Automation Leader, EY Romania commented, “The new UiPath USN certification model is designed to maximize the success rate of the automation programs delivered by organizations across the globe. We are excited to continue this journey alongside UiPath to deliver the highest quality services and generate top automation outcomes for our clients.”
Mike Swetman, Founding Partner, Morpheus said, “Our clients are increasingly looking for ways to improve productivity and enhance efficiency to support an increasingly-remote workforce. Automation has proven critical in allowing our clients to achieve their goals, and we’re seeing UiPath software robots benefit workers in all roles. These enhancements to the partner program will help us improve the quality of how we serve our customers.”
Gokul Solai, MD, CEO, Novatio Solutions stated, “COVID-19 has opened new opportunities to showcase the versatility of the UiPath ecosystem and has shown us that UiPath is more than an automation technology; it is helping our citizens. As a physician, I witnessed UiPath provide an immediate impact by removing bottlenecks from the healthcare system, thereby improving the patient journey, and leading to better outcomes for our citizens. This is one of many examples where our quality of life is improved by UiPath technology. This people-first approach is an absolute differentiator for UiPath and the synergy demonstrated during this crisis will pave the way for humans and robots working even closer together in the future.”
Shaun Leisegang, CEO & Founder, rapidMATION said, “It is our belief that automation is all about people. And now, more than ever, we need to support our people to allow them to do more with less. Automation is essential for our clients to accomplish their goals, and we are seeing the readiness and adoption of a digital workforce across all industries. UiPath’s enhancements to its partner program will help us better serve our customers who are increasingly looking for guidance and support as they embark on their hyperautomation journeys.”
