B2X announced that it has been certified as the exclusive “Google Authorized Service Partner” for India -- one of Google’s key markets worldwide. Together, B2X and Google will roll out an innovative service offering for people using Pixel, a phone by Google.
People who need help with their Pixel phone will benefit from a completely new and highly convenient service on their doorsteps. In true “you don’t need to come to us, we’re happy to come to you” fashion, certified B2X service experts will diagnose device related issues in people's homes and provide immediate help. The new customer care solution adds to Google’s mission to provide customers with the best possible Pixel experience.
Pixel owners need to simply contact Google’s call center and will be seamlessly transferred to B2X. After a first remote diagnosis on the phone, a B2X technician will make an appointment with the customer and have all required tools and parts at hand. If the customer prefers to send in the device for service, a logistics courier will pick up the smartphone and return it after repair. Aiming to minimize any inconvenience during the repair process, B2X and Google will provide a loaner device to the customer while their phone is being tended to. Alternatively, customers can turn to one of many walk-in service centers operated by B2X throughout India, all of which will be certified for providing customer care for Pixel devices.
