Rajeev: How did your business perform in CY 2024?

Deepak: In CY 2024, ZOTAC experienced remarkable growth, which further solidified our position as one of the top two brands in the graphics card market. This success can be attributed to several key factors, including our commitment to strong product quality, which led to the launch of award-winning products such as our latest graphics cards and ZONE handheld. Additionally, the increasing demand in the gaming and content creation sectors, particularly among enthusiast gamers and content creators, played a significant role in driving our business forward. Our strategic partnership with NVIDIA as an AIC Partner gave us a competitive edge, and our targeted marketing campaigns, including collaborations with influencers, helped boost brand visibility and engagement.

Rajeev: What are your key business objectives for 2025?

Deepak: Looking ahead to 2025, our key business objectives revolve around expanding our product offerings and enhancing the customer experience. We plan to introduce new product categories and refine our existing lineup to meet the evolving demands of our customers. A significant focus will be placed on improving customer interaction with our products by incorporating design innovations and user-friendly features. In terms of market penetration, we aim to strengthen our position in key markets, especially in India, by bolstering our distribution channels and forming new partnerships. We intend to leverage our cutting-edge R&D capabilities and state-of-the-art production facilities to stay ahead of industry trends and continually meet customer demands.

Rajeev: What new opportunities do you foresee emerging in your industry?

Deepak: The industry presents several exciting opportunities that we plan to capitalize on. One of the major emerging opportunities is the rise of AI and machine learning, which has spurred demand for powerful hardware capable of handling complex computations and rendering advanced graphics. We also see a growing emphasis on sustainable technologies, which presents an opportunity for ZOTAC to innovate eco-friendly product designs and more sustainable manufacturing processes.

Rajeev: What is your current channel strength, and how do you plan to enhance your channel ecosystem in 2025?

Deepak: ZOTAC currently has a robust channel ecosystem, ranking among the top two brands in India with strong partnerships with key retailers and distributors. In 2025, we plan to enhance our channel ecosystem by expanding the ZOTAC Direct App, adding additional features and rewards to empower our channel partners with the tools needed for effective selling. We will also focus on increasing training and support for our partners by offering comprehensive programs and marketing assets to improve product knowledge and sales capabilities. Strengthening existing relationships and forging new alliances will be pivotal in expanding our reach, especially in untapped markets.

Rajeev: What new product categories or services are you planning to introduce in 2025?

Deepak: In 2025, we plan to introduce several new product categories and services. Our next-generation graphics cards will build upon our award-winning lineup, incorporating the latest advancements in technology and design. Additionally, we aim to expand our range of gaming handhelds, catering to the needs of gamers and content creators who demand high-performance portable devices.
