Backed by stronger distribution, operational efficiencies, and Make in India initiatives, our growth reflected both scale and relevance.

Rajeev: With rapid shifts in consumer preferences toward smart and connected devices, how is Zebronics aligning its product roadmap with future demand?

Rajesh: Zebronics is aligning its roadmap around smart, connected, and purpose-driven innovation. We are building ecosystems that integrate wireless connectivity, intuitive controls, and modern design across categories, from audio to lifestyle electronics. Our focus is on products that elevate everyday moments, whether through immersive sound or functional smart accessories. Continuous consumer insights and agile product development ensure our offerings remain relevant and forward-looking.

Rajeev: With the strategic acquisition of iBall, how do you see this shaping Zebronics’ overall portfolio and market opportunity?

Rajesh: The acquisition of iBall is a strategic step that strengthens our portfolio and broadens market reach. Together, both brands will co-exist with distinct identities, enabling us to address diverse consumer and enterprise needs. This synergy significantly enhances our ability to tap new segments and unlock long-term growth opportunities.

Rajeev: How is Zebronics strengthening its service network and customer support systems to deliver a seamless post-sales experience?

Rajesh: Post-sales experience is a critical pillar of our brand promise. Zebronics continues to invest in expanding its service footprint across urban and semi-urban markets, supported by trained technicians and faster turnaround systems. We are leveraging digital tools for service tracking, grievance redressal, and proactive communication.
