ALOGIC, a global leader in premium IT peripherals and connectivity solutions, made a strong impression at Convergence India 2025. The company showcased its expanded product portfolio designed to elevate productivity and user experience across both enterprise and individual segments. During the event, Rajeev Ranjan, Editor of Digital Terminal, had an exclusive and engaging conversation with Vinod Nair, National Sales Manager, and Ritesh Kumar, Director of sales, ALOGIC. In an insightful conversation, the duo shared ALOGIC’s journey of growth in India and abroad, the evolution of its solution-driven approach, and how it’s unlocking new opportunities.
Rajeev: Can you briefly share ALOGIC’s growth story in India and globally, and how the market has evolved under your leadership?
Ritesh: Over the past six to seven years, ALOGIC has evolved from a component-centric company into a solution-driven brand focused on end-user computing. In the last three to four years, we’ve expanded our global footprint, positioning ourselves as a comprehensive provider of unified, platform-agnostic solutions that support both Mac and Windows users seamlessly.
Unlike other brands that cater to a single OS, our solutions work across platforms—making us ideal for hybrid environments. In India, we’ve recently introduced nearly 80% of our global portfolio, which includes monitors, docking stations, interconnects, keyboards, mice, and more—everything needed to complete a desk setup, except the laptop itself.
Our approach is to offer functional, flexible, and forward-thinking solutions that meet the evolving needs of both B2B and B2C customers. With a refined go-to-market strategy and a growing presence in India, we are confident and excited about the road ahead.
Rajeev: What are the top three ALOGIC solutions you would recommend to partners or customers?
Ritesh: One of our key differentiators is our strong focus on Apple users. Some of our products, like the touchscreen monitor fully compatible with Mac gestures, are world-first innovations—recognized by global media, not just by our claims. Our first strength lies in delivering a unified experience across platforms. Whether it’s an iPad or a Mac Studio, our solutions work seamlessly within the Apple ecosystem, while also supporting Windows environments.
Secondly, our portfolio stands out in both range and quality. From premium desk chargers to advanced 5K touchscreen monitors, every product reflects high engineering standards, backed by robust service and warranty. Finally, the recognition we receive from global media validates our innovation-led approach. We’re not just keeping up—we’re setting benchmarks in functionality and user experience.
Rajeev: How is your partner and channel ecosystem responding to the rising adoption of your products?
Vinod: Over the past few years, I’ve personally observed that our products have opened up new opportunities for system integrator (SI) partners to venture into diverse industry verticals. These solutions are not limited to traditional enterprise use—they are finding relevance in sectors such as healthcare, marketing agencies, architecture, and even manufacturing. This marks a significant shift from the conventional business models our partners have followed. With our product range, they now have the chance to tap into entirely new segments.
Ritesh: A recent highlight is our work with major healthcare providers, global hospitality brands like Hilton, and defense organizations worldwide. These high-stakes sectors validate the reliability of our solutions and present strong opportunities for our SI partners in India to replicate similar success.
The insights from these international deployments serve as powerful case studies for Indian organizations. If our solutions perform in advanced markets, there’s no reason they won’t excel here. With India’s rapid growth, we see immense potential for adoption and expansion.
Rajeev: Looking ahead, how do you see the Indian market’s growth potential?
Vinod: Over the next year, we expect the market to mature significantly in terms of adoption. The gap will likely be filled with growing interest, especially as these products begin entering new segments. Many users may start shifting from conventional setups to more interactive, touch-based solutions. By the time we return next year, we anticipate a stronger adoption of products like touch monitors across key verticals that we’ll be nurturing throughout the year.
Rajeev: Beyond corporate sales and verticals, do you offer tailored solutions for individual professionals like content creators?
Vinod: We do cater to content creators. Our standard monitors feature high-quality glass screens and a sleek, aesthetic design. They cover all major color gamuts, delivering deeper blacks and brighter whites—essential for professionals who rely on accurate color reproduction in their content creation workflows.
Rajeev: How do you see the adoption of these products among everyday consumers? Do you foresee wider usage beyond just professional or enterprise segments?
Ritesh: This is about enhancing everyday life and productivity—these products are truly built for everyone. Our range spans from entry-level models to high-end displays, catering to a wide audience. For a basic home user looking to be more productive, simply adding a second monitor can make a significant difference. Imagine moving from a 13-inch laptop screen to a 27-inch touchscreen or even a standard 27-inch monitor—regardless of brand, that alone can boost productivity.
Currently, we offer a base range starting from 27 inches, and we’re excited to announce that ultra-wide monitors will be launching in India within the next month or two. For example, the 40-inch ultra-wide monitor behind me allows users to work with multiple windows open simultaneously. It’s not just about productivity—this monitor supports a 100Hz refresh rate, making it suitable for casual gaming as well.
Overall, the focus remains on empowering individuals—whether at home, in the office, or even while gaming—with tools that truly elevate their daily digital experience.
Rajeev: How does your R&D team approach product design to go beyond functionality and deliver meaningful experiences and complete solutions?
Ritesh: We are approaching this from a holistic perspective, aiming to provide a comprehensive end-user computing solution that caters to both Mac and Windows users. Our design team is closely aligned with this vision, focusing not only on delivering rich functionality but also ensuring the right balance between features and value.
ALOGIC’s R&D team, headquartered in Australia, plays a pivotal role in this journey. They develop products with a global outlook—taking into account the needs of both developed and emerging markets. While not all products from our extensive global portfolio are currently available in India, we’ve already started introducing many of them, and you can expect to see more in the near future as we respond to local demand.
In fact, many of our innovations are first-of-their-kind globally, which means we take the lead in educating users and markets on how to leverage these solutions effectively. This effort is supported by our local sales team in India, led by Vinoi, who are actively working to create relevant use cases across various verticals. We've already seen promising traction in healthcare, hospitality, graphic design, and architecture—and there's certainly much more to come.
Rajeev: What’s your message to current and potential SI partners considering a collaboration with ALOGIC?
Vinod: We're focused on is building comprehensive solutions for your customers—covering the entire product range, as Ret mentioned earlier. We also offer several industry-first innovations that can seamlessly integrate across all levels of your customers' organizations, from directors to operational teams. We encourage you to explore our portfolio and collaborate with us to create new opportunities in the year ahead.
