“We've Built Relationships With Over 8,000 Unique Partners”

ASIRT recently hosted 'The Synergy Biz Conclave 2024' in Mumbai for its System Integrator (SI) and Retailer partners. Digital Terminal, as the event's media partner, covered the occasion. During the event, Rajeev Ranjan, Editor of Digital Terminal, had an exclusive in-depth conversation with Mr. Biren Yadav, CEO of Bluecom Infotech, a company that has surpassed ₹400 crore in value. Mr. Yadav shared his insights on the Bluecom Infotech and Lenovo partnership, the next generation, emerging technologies, and his perspectives on various industry topics. Here are the highlights of the discussion:

Rajeev: Tell us about your thought on ASIRT and your support for this event along with Lenovo.

Biren: ASIRT is a unique association with a genuine bonding amongst the members. The bonding goes beyond business and connects each other emotionally as well. The consortium concept within ASIRT gives the members to further deepen the bonding amongst the members. They are active participant in every activity whether it is fun, sports, arts, knowledge, spiritual practices etc. It’s a pleasure to be part of ASIRT, and I’m proud to be a key sponsor for 'The Synergy Biz Conclave 2024' —it’s truly an honor for me.

Rajeev: How do you feel after reaching 400 plus crore?

Biren: I am a first-generation entrepreneur and have been honest and driven. While business is important, I focus more on how I can grow as a person. Business, profitability, and making a living will follow naturally. I’m happy to have built something from the ground up, starting from zero. Also, I am looking far beyond this business as well.

Rajeev: How about your son, Harsh Yaday joining the company and taking responsibility at a young age?

Biren:  Yes, my son completed his MBA from NMIMS, and has joined Bluecom to support the growth of our dream company. Since the industry is going through a transformation phase, I am happy to see him lead many efforts to grow further.

Today, it’s all about a solution-centric approach. Customers no longer want just products; they want comprehensive solutions. This shift is something I expect him to drive within the company. He has the bandwidth to keep up with the latest technology. He is grooming and learning new technologies and initiatives in the market to integrate with his existing portfolio of products. I am looking forward to him as we will reach to new heights under the leadership of the new generation.

Rajeev: What is your message for partners and end customers who trust you?

Biren: Without their support and confidence, Bluecom would not have reached where it is now. Distribution is Bluecom’s one of the strongest verticals. This is the comprehensive approach that we have reached in the distribution vertical this far. In a highly competitive market like Mumbai, where we focus on niche Lenovo products in distribution, we've managed to reach nearly 550 unique partners in a single quarter which is humungous. To date, we've built relationships with over 8,000 unique partners, demonstrating the kind of market coverage we have.

We've been able to succeed because we don’t approach sales in the typical way. For instance, even after six months, if there's an issue with a product, we've offered reversals and ensured service is provided. We’re clearly on the right path, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.
