Jyoti: Could you share some milestones that Veira Group has achieved so far since its inception?

Ankit: Since our inception, Veira Group has attained remarkable milestones, emblematic of our commitment to innovation and strategic partnerships. As a leading OEM/ODM player in India, we are proud of our collaboration with LG, integrating their esteemed TV operating system, webOS, into our product lineup. Additionally, we made industry history by being the premier brand contract manufacturer to introduce Samsung Electronics' Tizen OS for TVs, a testament to our pioneering spirit and strong partnerships with global giants.

A standout achievement is our introduction of Nenocell display technology for TVs sized above 65 inches, showcasing our dedication to pushing the boundaries of innovation in the industry. Our relentless pursuit of excellence is reflected in our expanded manufacturing capacity, now exceeding 4 million TVs annually, enabling us to meet the ever-growing demands of the market.

Jyoti: What sets Veira Group apart from other ODM manufacturers in the smart TV industry?

Ankit: Unlike many competitors, we prioritize research and development, constantly exploring and integrating new technologies into our offerings, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving smart TV landscape. We are deeply involved in product design and development. This steadfast commitment to innovation allows us to create unique and cutting-edge products that align with the ever-changing needs and preferences of consumers. Consequently, Veira Group emerges as a forward-thinking leader in the industry, setting new benchmarks for quality and performance in smart TV manufacturing.

Jyoti: Could you share some insights into Veira Group's manufacturing processes, especially concerning the production of LED TVs?

Ankit: Veira Group's manufacturing processes for LED TVs is meticulously designed to uphold quality and performance standards. The process commences with panel production, utilizing Thin Film Transistor (TFT) LCD technology to craft millions of pixels enclosed within glass substrates. Subsequently, LED backlight assembly involves the meticulous mounting of LEDs onto a backlight unit (BLU) to ensure uniform light dispersion. The addition of colour filters and polarizers further enhances colour accuracy and regulates light orientation. Through meticulous assembly, various components, including the panel, chassis, and electronics, are seamlessly integrated into a complete TV set.

Stringent quality control measures are implemented to verify picture and sound quality, ensuring each TV adheres to rigorous standards. Moreover, Veira Group remains at the forefront of innovation, incorporating advanced display technologies such as High Dynamic Range (HDR) and Quantum Dot, alongside energy-efficient designs and expansive screen sizes, to cater to the evolving preferences of consumers.

Jyoti: Can you discuss Veira Group's expansion plans, both in terms of market reach and product diversification?

Ankit: Veira Group's expansion strategy encompasses broadening market reach and diversifying product offerings, reflecting our commitment to growth and innovation. Our focus extends to entering new product categories, including Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPDs), Soundbars, and Audio Systems, catering to consumers' evolving entertainment needs. To enhance efficiency, we're investing in robotic assembly lines while expanding the size range of our TVs up to an impressive 86 inches to meet the demand for larger displays.

Moreover, our expansion isn't confined to the electronics sector alone. We're diversifying our portfolio by entering the market for Water Heaters, capitalizing on emerging opportunities in the home appliance segment. Additionally, we're strengthening our production capacity for Washing Machines and Coolers.

Jyoti: How do you market your product? Do you have a channel network to sale the products?

Ankit: Being an OEM/ODM player for consumer appliances, we primarily manufactures products for various brands. Our marketing strategy revolves around supplying high-volume ODM solutions to established brands rather than operating our own sales channels. By focusing on manufacturing excellence and strategic partnerships, we ensure our products reach consumers through our brand partners' extensive distribution networks.
