Ltd. recently talked to DT and commented on their overall performance in 2022, market scenario, challenges, opportunities, growth plans and more.

DT: Please share Overall Performance in Year 2022.

Mr. Bansal: The overall performance in year 2022 is very good for Uniline. Year 2022 has been very successful for us so far and we have clocked a good business this year. The business results for year 2022 have been very satisfactory and encouraging for us. The overall landscape of this marlet is very challenging and full of competition but we strive to offer best quality products and best after service that helps us in sustaining in the market.

DT: Please share target revenue or growth percentage to achieve by end of 2022-23.

Mr. Bansal: As we have seen good business results in CY 2022 so far so we are very optimistic for growing at rapid pace by end of the year. Our hopes are quite high and we see enormous opportunities in our domain. The demand for energy products is steadily increasing which helps us grow despite so competitive market. Due to such a massive demand and government’s focus on Made in India, we are expecting to achieve growth percentage of around 45% by end of 2022.

DT: What are the key features that make your brand better than others?

Mr. Bansal: We have been always ahead in bringing best solutions by investing hugely in our R&D. Our solutions are very innovative and as per the requirement of customers need. We have also launched Lithium-Ion battery-based UPS system.  The main features of Lithium-Ion based UPS systems are, Compact design, Longer backup time, Better efficiency & better performance and warranty for 5 years. We have recently supplied custom build UPS system for Aircraft Carrier INS Vikrant, which is really a proud moment for us.

DT: How do you take care of channel margins & profitability?

Mr. Bansal: Currently we are focusing on to supply the product through Channel Partner and also see that the products are supplied with latest features, reliable and at the same time cost effective.  We are taking care of channel margin like supply of system on credit, turnover margin, discounts, etc.

DT: Please share few sales tips for channel community.

Mr. Bansal: Channel partners should not always look for cheap product.  Cheap product means compromise on quality and if we compromise on quality, it will not work for longer period.  Our suggestion is that partners must look for reliable products with reasonable price.
