Alok: CY 2024 was a landmark year for Unistal Systems. We experienced robust growth across key verticals, particularly within the IT industry, and oil & gas sectors. Our success was driven by a customer-first approach, a strong focus on managed services, and continued trust in our flagship offerings like the Protegent, our GIS-based Project Management Software for Oil, Gas, and Water industry. The contributions from IndiaIT360—our sister-concern—also played a vital role by expanding our reach and strengthening our ecosystem. Furthermore, our managed service approach—handling backend complexities for customers—helped us stand out in a crowded market. The trust and long-standing relationships with our channel partners also played a crucial role.

Rajeev: What are your key business objectives for 2025? How do you plan to achieve them?

Alok: Our strategic goals for 2025 revolve around expansion, innovation, and deeper ecosystem collaboration. We plan to enhance our market presence, strengthen our cloud-based SaaS offerings, and introduce smarter solutions powered by AI—especially for cybersecurity, HR automation, and project management. Our roadmap includes increasing partner collaboration through our IndiaIT360 (sister-concern) platform, running focused digital outreach campaigns, and continuing to deliver managed services that simplify technology adoption for businesses in the ITC sector.

Rajeev: What new opportunities do you foresee emerging in your industry?

Alok: As the ITC industry evolves rapidly, new opportunities are emerging in areas like AI-led automation, real-time cybersecurity, and compliance-driven data management. In 2025, we aim to deepen our partner relationships through strategic planning and superior customer satisfaction. Our robust network has helped us deliver efficient, scalable solutions to over 17 million satisfied customers. We plan to elevate our channel ecosystem by offering dedicated training programs, improved partner margins, and co-branded marketing opportunities. Our goal is to create a mutually rewarding environment where our partners grow alongside our expanding portfolio of 50+ products and 9+ core solutions.

Alok: Innovation will continue to be at the heart of our strategy in 2025. We plan to introduce AI-powered enhancements across our existing solutions, adding more automation features to boost efficiency. We aim to strengthen our security offerings in line with current market trends and evolving customer needs. To address the rising demand for automation and digitization in traditionally manual sectors such as oil, gas, and water, we are upgrading our GIS-integrated Project Management Solutions for Oil, Gas, and Water industry with advanced automation capabilities.
