The company has ambitious plans to accelerate the business growth further in 2024 by leveraging its strong distribution network. In this interview, Yogesh Agrawal, CEO and Co-Founder of Consistent Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. highlights the company's robust performance amidst market challenges. He also shares the plans to bolster its presence nationwide and introduce new products in security, surveillance, and gaming.

DT: How did Consistent fare in 2023? What were the driving factors of your growth?

Yogesh: As the founder and CEO of our Indian IT hardware manufacturing company, I'm pleased to highlight that our performance in CY 2023 was robust. We earned our highest revenue last year since we started our operations. Despite the slowdown in the market, we performed better than our competition as we were launching new products in new segments such as surveillance, consumer tech etc expanding our product portfolio and giving a wider choice of options to buy from to consumers. Due to this factor, we are getting a lot of positive reviews and responses from buyers for our product. Also, we achieve this feat by having an excellent sales team and our customer-centric after-sales service approach.

DT: What are your expectations in terms of business performance and market sentiments in 2024?

Yogesh: Demand for IT Hardware products in the market for 2024 will be quite slow but to overcome that, we have planned our strategy. We will expand our presence in PAN-India and will be launching new products in new divisions such as security & surveillance and gaming such as laptop stands, High-end gaming cabinets etc.

DT: What tech trends do you foresee for 2024?

Yogesh: Two major tech trends that we anticipate dominating in 2024 are:

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI): We have witnessed exponential development in the field of AI in the last year compared to all previous years. This will give rise to the development of more AI-based applications to develop such as AI-based processors, AI rams and other AI-specific computing devices.

  • Cloud Computing: It is in the nascent stage but will witness growth in the coming years. Our country urgently requires the setting up of Data Centres. The data centre growth in India will be driving the market for the cloud.

DT: What is your current channel strength and how are you planning to strengthen your partner network in 2024?

Yogesh: We have a nationwide presence across all states in India, and we're committed to delving even deeper into the market. Currently, our market penetration stands at 41%, with a presence in 41 districts across PAN India. Additionally, we export our products to 11 countries worldwide. In our quest for expansion, we'll leverage various market incentive schemes to entice more partners, while also prioritizing the creation of specific partner verticals. This strategic approach aims to enhance our product availability and strengthen our partnerships, ultimately driving further growth and success in the market.
