The company offers a wide range of enterprise communication devices including desk phones, hotel phones, and DECT solutions. Although our presence in India is relatively recent, we have received a very encouraging response from partners and enterprise customers. We are focused on expanding our partner ecosystem and increasing market awareness of our solutions.

Rajeev: Which sectors are currently driving strong demand for Snom solutions in India?

Pankaj: Currently, sectors such as hospitality, IT & ITES, corporate enterprises, healthcare, and education are driving strong demand for SNOM solutions. The hospitality sector in particular has shown significant interest in our specialized Hotel-Hospital communication devices.

Rajeev: How do you see the demand for VoIP and enterprise communication solutions evolving in the Indian market?

Pankaj: The demand for VoIP and enterprise communication solutions in India is growing steadily as organizations shift from traditional telephony systems to IP-based communication platforms. The adoption of unified communications and hybrid work models is further accelerating this transition.
