DT: What are the key milestones you have achieved in the year 2022 and what are your goals for the year ahead?

Joyjeet: We at TTBS expanded our services and solution portfolio to cater to wider industry segments across different geographies. We have continued to strengthen our Smart Business Solutions portfolio by introducing advanced solutions like Smartflo, Smart Internet etc. and partnering with global majors like Microsoft, Google for enterprise productivity and collaboration solutions. Our growth plans are oriented in a way to further enhance our portfolio of services, especially in the areas of SaaS, IaaS, and Cloud. We are consistently enhancing our digital connectivity highways on which enterprises, big and small, run their businesses.

The year has been incredibly rewarding for TTBS with notable industry recognitions starting with the CII Customer Obsession Award for 'Active Customer Engagement', ‘Asia Pacific Stevie Award’- Silver for innovative use of technology in customer service, Enterprise Service Provider of the Year 2022 at ET Telecom Awards.

Joyjeet: We have a large partner network spread over 60 cities across the country, has been an important pillar that has supported and contributed immensely to our business growth. We continue to enhance our partner network in every part of the addressable market. We are continually empowering and upskilling our partners under our ‘Certified Solution Partner’ program which is at par with industry certification to enhance their capability as an ICT solution provider. We have also introduced the ‘Customer Experience Platform (CEP)’ one of the industry-first initiatives. CEP enables the channel partners and TTBS team to easily communicate specific product-related details to the customers.

DT: What are some Channel engagement practices for higher efficiency and output?

Joyjeet: For TTBS, channel engagement is a crucial step for fostering long-term relationships for sustaining businesses. By providing vital product experience, enhancing knowledge of channel partners in multiple business lines, better financial understanding, and access to state-of-the-art technology across industries enabling digital maturity.
