Rajeev: What are some key features that AI is bringing to the laptop market?
Arnold: Absolutely. One of the most significant changes AI is introducing, particularly with our latest machines, is the way we interact with laptops. Traditionally, we've relied on the touchpad, keyboard, and mouse, but AI is set to transform that. You'll soon be able to use voice commands to interact with your laptop. Additionally, AI and machine learning will automate repetitive tasks, enhancing efficiency. The primary focus is on boosting productivity and saving time, as AI PCs streamline workflows through smarter software integration.
Rajeev: How is your partnership with Intel evolving?
Arnold: We’re very pleased with our progress. The integration of Intel’s latest Core Ultra series has greatly improved the power efficiency and performance of our devices. This year, we are expecting even better results thanks to our collaboration with Intel, and we’re excited about what we can achieve together.
Rajeev: With your long-standing presence in the market and last year's second-place position, how do you plan to reach number one with new products?
Arnold: I'm really pleased with our progress. Indian consumers have embraced ASUS, which has driven our growth. They want to touch and experience the latest technology, so we prioritize bringing global launches to India quickly. This approach applies to the Intel Core Ultra series as well. By making cutting-edge technology available, we can better engage with our customers and reinforce that ASUS is the go-to brand for innovative products.
Rajeev: What message do you have for your channel partners in India?
Arnold: We want our channel partners to know that we're committed to investing in them. With our expansion of stores and improvement of customer experiences, we aim to collaborate closely to offer more solutions to our end customers.
