Bruce: In 2024, MSI achieved a significant milestone in sales, marking a new high in our growth trajectory. This success was primarily driven by strategic product expansion, the strengthening of our distribution channels, and an enhanced service approach. By continuously innovating our product offerings, expanding our market reach, and refining our customer service experience, we have been able to better meet the evolving needs of our consumers.
Rajeev: What are your key business objectives for 2025? How do you plan to achieve them?
Bruce: In 2025, expansion remains a key focus for us at MSI as we work towards strengthening our market presence. Our core objectives include gaining market share, expanding our sales channels with a stronger physical presence, deepening our engagement with the community, and enlarging our service points to enhance customer support. We plan to achieve this by introducing innovative products, increasing our retail footprint, building stronger connections with our community, and making our service network more accessible.
Rajeev: What new opportunities do you foresee emerging in your industry?
Bruce: The technology landscape is evolving rapidly. With the arrival of RTX 50, we are witnessing a breakthrough in GPU performance, delivering unprecedented power while significantly reducing energy consumption. This advancement paves the way for new possibilities, including the integration of SLM into personal devices unlocking next-level AI applications, enhanced computing capabilities, and more immersive user experiences.
Rajeev: What is your current channel strength, and how do you plan to enhance your channel ecosystem in 2025?
Bruce: MSI has built a strong and dynamic channel ecosystem, evolving from a successful e-tailer-driven business to a well-established presence in both online and offline markets. Post-pandemic, we have significantly expanded our physical footprint, growing our exclusive brand stores from 10 to 50 and securing our presence in 80 Croma branches across India.
To further enhance our channel ecosystem in 2025, we will continue strengthening our partner and consumer engagement through routine support, strategic physical events, and immersive brand experiences. Additionally, we are empowering our physical resellers by supporting their digital transformation.
Rajeev: What new product categories or services are you planning to introduce in 2025?
Bruce: We are all set to redefine performance, design, and user experience with an exciting lineup of new products and services. Our RTX 50 series laptops will take gaming and content creation to the next level, delivering unmatched power with greater efficiency. We're also introducing the MSI Titan 18 Dragon Edition Norse Myth, a bold statement in performance and craftsmanship, embodying MSI’s legacy of innovation. Alongside this, the Venture series is designed for professionals and creators who need power, precision, and reliability in one sleek package.
