Under the visionary leadership of Sanjiv Krishen, Founder and CMD, Iris Global Services, the company has achieved remarkable success in FY 2023-24. In this interview, Mr. Krishen discusses the company's performance, ambitious targets for the coming year, and the key factors behind Iris's success.
DT: How did Iris Global Services perform in the FY 2023-24?
Sanjiv: I am pleased to share that the fiscal year 2023-24 has been an outstanding year for the Iris Group. We are proud to have surpassed our annual revenue target of Rs. 2675 Crore, reaching a commendable Rs. 2700 Crore. Our distribution sales, peaking at an all-time high, have contributed over Rs. 2200 Crore, while the VAD has delivered a strong Rs. 400 Crore. The services division has contributed the remainder. The progress in our revenue over the last few years is heartening, with Rs. 2700 Crore being the highest in Iris's history. Furthermore, our sales team made history by achieving a single-quarter revenue of over Rs. 900 Crore during JFM '24, a first for Iris. These achievements reflect the Iris Group's exceptional performance in FY 2023-24, demonstrating substantial growth and exceeding expectations.
DT: What are your set targets which you want to achieve by the end of FY 2024-25?
Sanjiv: Iris is poised to continue its upward trajectory and overcome challenges to reach new heights. With its existing capabilities, the company is well-equipped to easily surpass the Rs. 3500 Crore mark in the current financial year 2024-25. This goal reflects Iris's confidence in its potential for growth and success. By leveraging its strengths and strategic approach, Iris is confident in its ability to achieve this ambitious target. The company's determination and resilience are key factors that will drive its progress and success in the upcoming year.
DT: What is your strength that helps you achieve your business goals?
Sanjiv: The strength of the Iris Group lies in its dedicated and efficient team, whose hard work contributes significantly to our success. Achieving our revenue target would not have been possible without such a hardworking team. Their commitment and diligence are the driving forces behind our accomplishments, and we are truly grateful for their efforts. The product and sales teams are operating at peak performance, while the excellent support team acts as a perfect enabler, ensuring seamless transaction execution. Together, they form the backbone of our organization and deserve a huge appreciation.
