Rajeev: What as per you is the one major challenge for women working in the tech sector? Based on your experience, what will be your advice on how to empower them?

Manisha: One major challenge for women working in the tech sector is the pervasive gender imbalance and lack of representation at all levels, from entry-level positions to leadership roles. This gender disparity can result in biases, discrimination, and barriers to advancement for women in tech. To empower women in the tech sector, it's essential to address this challenge. To empower them, it's crucial to address this challenge by fostering inclusive work environments, advocating for equal opportunities, and providing mentorship and networking opportunities.
