In 2022, GALAX has post a remarkable growth along with its national distributor TAG which has a stronghold across all Indian market. Dinesh Kumar, Country Manager-India, GALAX shared his views on growth, future plans, product offerings, channel partners and much more.
DT: Please share Overall Performance in Year 2022
Dinesh: 2022 has been a Successful year for GALAX in India, not only we are in among top brands in Graphics cards but also, we are able to place GALAX among most popular and desired Gaming Gear brand in India in year 2022. Currently we offer wide range of Gaming Gears products such as Gaming Monitor, Gaming Headphone, Gaming Mice, Gaming Keyboards, PC Cases, Case Fans and RGB Gaming Chairs for an even more seamless gaming ecosystem. I would like to thanks to the Channel partners, Gamers and customers who trusted us and helped us in growing with a great pace in the current year.
DT: What features make your brand better than others?

DT: How do you take care of channel margins & profitability?
Dinesh: At GALAX we believe in “Growing Together”. Channel partners are always important to us as GALAX is a channel focused company. Our channel base in India growing YOY and we are now expending to Tier 3 and Tier4 cities and partners. We are concern for the growth of our partners and growth comes from profitability. We are aggressively priced in market giving opportunity to channel partners at all level to earn more. Our relentless marketing support in demand generation and with best in the class RMA structure, we make sure partners can sell our product confidently. Dinesh: “Learn, Adopt and Change” as the business process has changed a lot in last two years. Channel with us should learn for the new opportunities in the business and adopt changes by equipping themselves. You should not limit yourself and find new avenue for sales. Partner should boost online presence to connect with more customers. I would advise you all to grow and become a solution provider.
