For next phase of growth, Consistent is making big efforts that would help brand in maintaining high growth trend. Mr. Yogesh Agrawal, Director, Consistent Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. recently held an exclusive chat with DT where he elaborated about their performance, growth, market strategies and a lot more.

DT: Please share Overall Performance in Year 2022 

Yogesh: Over the years, Consistent has grown successfully and has increased its footprint across all major states in India with 20+ branches, a team of 300+ employees, 50+ products in its portfolio, and more than 3500+ channel partners. Leadership and vision clubbed with teamwork and technological advancement in the products have made Consistent a promising brand offering technologically superior products and world-class technical support.

The company has witnessed considerable growth in the Year 2022 with remarkable sales and distribution numbers in all of our product categories. We did good business with our best-selling products in the SSDs and Motherboard segment this year.

DT: Please share target revenue or growth percentage to achieve by the end of 2022-23.

Yogesh: By the end of this year, Consistent aims to cover 180 cities across 24 States. We are already present in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities with 3 lakhs population and are targeting to cover Tier 3 cities with 1 lakh population. Consistent is witnessing 4 times the sales since 2019 with double digit YoY growth. The brand strives to achieve a substantial growth percentage in terms of revenue in this financial year.

DT: What are some key features that make your brand better than others?

Yogesh: The brand focuses on delivering best quality and service as these parameters remain of utmost importance for Consistent. Today, the brand has 55+ service centers across the country ensuring best after-sales support. We work closely with our partners to make it possible as we have been able to manage a good TAT of around 15 minutes for our walking customers whereas at outside service center locations it takes maximum 1 to 2 days to resolve all service/replacement issues across country. Our 5 years replacement warranty on all SSDs and 3 years on Motherboards are best in the industry, that also makes our customers and partners happy and confident in our products. We are able to offer these kinds of long warranties just because we are confident enough on our products good quality and lowest failure rate.

DT: How do you take care of channel margins & profitability?

Yogesh: Consistent believes in building a ‘Partner-Centric Culture’ and has channel partners across India – including all the major cities where there is growth potential. Due to our varied product portfolio our channel ecosystem enjoys a considerable good healthy margin and is quite high in double digits, therefore, it gives good profitability to the partners.

We want our channel partners to grow and reap the benefits like the brand itself. The company also provides full support to all its partners to manage best customer support and after sales services. To help customers know how, we also organise partner training programs from time to time which eventually reflects on overall profitability. Another positive and channel friendly offering from Consistent to channel partners is Our big product basket which gives our channel partners an opportunity to earn good and healthy margin.

DT: Please share a few sales tips for the channel community.

Yogesh: We believe in leadership and vision clubbed with teamwork and technological advancement in the products can make a brand promising. Working on the same vision, Consistent works closely with its channel community organising regular training programs on joint Go- to- Market strategy. We understand the importance of our channel community and hence work closely with them for a growth driven business module.
