Rajeev: How did your business perform in CY 2024? What were the key factors that contributed to this success? 

Amitansu: In CY 2024, our business delivered remarkable performance, achieving significant growth across all segments. We experienced exceptional success in the Retail, Battery Energy Storage, and Lithium-Ion Solutions segments. This growth was driven by robust market demand, strategic expansion initiatives, and our continued commitment to innovation and excellence. By closely aligning our offerings with evolving customer needs and industry trends, we successfully strengthened our market position and delivered substantial value to our customers and stakeholders. 

Rajeev: What are your key business objectives for 2025? How do you plan to achieve them?

Amitansu: Our key business objectives for 2025 include driving sustainable change through advanced green power solutions and expanding our capabilities to achieve a turnover exceeding 500 crores. To accomplish these goals, we are focusing heavily on the System Integrator (SI) and Enterprise segments, actively seeking to forge new partnerships. Additionally, we are expanding our market presence into Europe while solidifying our existing foothold in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. These initiatives underscore our commitment to becoming a global leader in green energy solutions proudly made in India. 

Rajeev: What new opportunities do you foresee emerging in your industry? 

Amitansu: The future of power solutions will be shaped by: 

  • The rise of EVs and sustainable solutions. 

  • Solar energy and lithium-based BESS replacing DGs. 

  • Increased AI integration in power management. 

  • Compact, modular UPS solutions for data centers and industries. 

India is becoming a global hub for AI, data centers, and smart power grids, and BPE is ready to lead this transformation. 

Rajeev: What is your current channel strength, and how do you plan to enhance your channel ecosystem in 2025? 

Amitansu: We currently have a robust global channel ecosystem with over 3,500 partners across more than 15 countries. Our ongoing strategy involves attracting and retaining strong distribution partners through innovative product developments, particularly in lithium-based power solutions and next-generation energy storage. In 2025, we aim to further enhance our channel strength by maintaining consistent, meaningful engagement with our partners and introducing targeted training programs designed specifically to accelerate partner growth, effectiveness, and retention. Our objective is to build impactful collaborations that drive global reach and scalability. 

Rajeev: What new product categories or services are you planning to introduce in 2025? 

Amitansu: In 2025, we plan to significantly expand our portfolio in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Data Center solutions. Additionally, our strategic goal is to evolve into a comprehensive power infrastructure solutions provider, incorporating Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP), advanced cooling systems, and integrated security solutions. This holistic approach positions us uniquely to address the evolving infrastructure demands and enables our customers to achieve greater efficiency, reliability, and security across their operations.
