Leah has selected Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to support the global expansion of Leah Agentic OS, its enterprise platform that autonomously runs legal, contracting, procurement, and finance workflows end-to-end. The platform also includes Maestro, Leah’s generally available super orchestrator, which co-ordinates agents, workflows and automation across enterprise systems. With OCI, Leah expects to improve platform performance by up to 30 percent and reduce cloud operating costs by up to 40 percent.

Founded in 2015, Leah helps more than 400 enterprise customers modernize their legal, procurement, finance, and commercial operations. As enterprises increasingly adopt AI to automate complex business processes, Leah needed a scalable, high-performance cloud infrastructure to support its mission-critical workloads and global growth. Working with PwC, Leah selected OCI to help improve its platform performance and reduce operating costs as it scales globally.

OCI’s distributed and sovereign cloud capabilities also support Leah’s flexible deployment model, enabling Leah’s customers to run the solution in their own environments and preferred regions, while maintaining control of their data and ensuring it is never used to train third-party AI models.

“Organizations are looking beyond AI that simply assists people to intelligent systems that can autonomously execute complex business processes while maintaining the governance, security, and trust enterprises require," said Sarvarth Misra, co-founder and chief executive officer, Leah. “That shift also changes what customers demand from infrastructure: sovereignty, performance, and the ability to run wherever their data must live. With Oracle’s cloud and PwC’s forward deployment expertise, we can bring Leah Agentic OS to every region and every regulated industry that needs it.”

Leah’s agents run legal, contracting, procurement, and finance workflows end to end, securely accessing authorized enterprise data. The agents operate within customer-defined security controls, access policies, monitoring requirements, and human-oversight processes designed for enterprise workloads.

“There is increasing demand for cloud infrastructure that can support the performance and security requirements of enterprise workloads as organizations move from AI experimentation to production-scale deployment,” said Shailender Kumar, senior vice president and regional managing director, Oracle India and NetSuite JAPAC. “Oracle Cloud Infrastructure provides Leah with the infrastructure to build and scale its AI applications. Together with PwC, we're helping Leah’s customers leverage AI to advance their business initiatives."

A member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork, PwC is leading the implementation and is expanding its collaboration with Leah to provide PwC’s industry, functional, and technology expertise.

“We are seeing more and more organizations moving beyond task-level automation toward broader AI-enabled business transformation,” said Manpreet Singh Ahuja, chief clients and industries officer, PwC India. "Through our expanded collaboration with Leah and Oracle, we are helping Leah to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions that will accelerate innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver sustainable business value. In addition, the collaboration helps Leah’s customers meet their requirements for AI oversight and controls.”

“This collaboration unites three strengths: Leah's deep domain intelligence, Oracle’s enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, and PwC's global AI-enabled business transformation experience,” said Kevin Sullivan, global and U.S. Oracle practice leader, PwC U.S. “Business leaders worldwide are seeking an ecosystem of technology vendors and trusted expertise that can deliver measurable outcomes at scale. Through the PwC and Oracle alliance, we're giving organizations the conviction to embed AI-led transformation as the foundation of how they operate holistically across legal, finance, contracting, procurement, and commercial workflows.”
