Fynd announced its entry into manufacturing technology with the launch of Fynd Forge, its AI-enabled manufacturing execution system (MES), which combines shop-floor execution with AI assistance and forecasting capabilities. Through its partnership with NeoLync, Forge is already running end-to-end shop-floor operations at the electronics manufacturer’s facility in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, marking a significant expansion of Fynd’s business beyond retail and commerce.

At the Tirupati facility, Fynd’s Forge operates across 100+ stations and nearly 90 process stages, with 160 operators using the system concurrently each shift. The partnership brings Forge into live electronics production, managing operations from component receipt and assembly through testing, packing and dispatch. The facility runs multiple manufacturing programmes on the same system, across a variety of products, each with its own assembly processes, testing requirements and quality controls.

Forge’s forecasting capabilities support forward planning across the development lifecycle, while its built-in AI assistant helps teams understand and act on live production and quality data. Teams can use plain-language requests to identify stalled work orders, investigate emerging defect patterns, process supplier documents and build workflows. Beyond answering questions, the assistant can also carry out tasks that the user is authorised to perform, keeping a clear record of each action for teams to review.

“Manufacturing is a new business segment for Fynd and a significant step in our growth beyond retail. With Forge, we are extending our technology from how products are sold to how they are made. Our partnership with NeoLync has grounded this expansion in the realities of a working factory, where every component, production step, and quality decision matters. We are entering this sector with a system already running live manufacturing programmes, giving us a strong foundation to serve more manufacturers and build this business further,” said Farooq Adam, Founder, Fynd.

Rather than simply monitoring the factory floor, Forge controls how products move through production. It validates components, enforces quality checks, and prevents units with unresolved quality issues from being shipped. Production, materials, quality, and traceability share a common record, giving teams a connected view of how each product was built and tested.

Forge connects directly to production machines and testing equipment, capturing information as manufacturing happens. At NeoLync, integration with the existing system keeps material, inventory, and production records aligned between the factory floor and enterprise operations, without replacing the company’s existing ERP.

“Running different manufacturing programmes on the same floor means managing distinct processes, tests and customer requirements. Forge brings these into one system while retaining the controls each programme needs. Our teams can track a unit’s production history, understand its quality status and know whether it is ready for the next stage,” said Harish Kumar, Head of Business Operations, NeoLync.

For Fynd, the launch establishes a new manufacturing technology business grounded in live electronics production, extending its AI-native capabilities beyond retail into the operations where products are made.
