SoftTech Engineers Limited has announced the successful implementation of the Single Window Clearance System for the Online Building Plan Approval System (OBPAS) for the Delhi Development Authority (DDA).

Developed and implemented by SoftTech Engineers Limited, the system is designed to streamline and digitize the complete building permit approval ecosystem for DDA through a unified, intelligent, and automated workflow, covering pre-submission and post-submission processes while enabling seamless coordination between applicants, architects, DDA officials, and multiple NOC departments.

The platform consolidates all approval processes into a single digital interface, integrating AI-powered CAD scrutiny for building bye-law compliance, real-time application tracking, mobile application-enabled geo-tagged site inspections, online fee payment, and digital issuance of approvals and certificates. It also features automated alerts via web, SMS, and email, advanced MIS dashboards for governance monitoring, and centralized digital record management, significantly reducing manual intervention, minimizing delays, and improving transparency across the approval lifecycle.
