Registered in San Jose, United States and with a Development Centre in Kolkata, India; CBNITS has grown around 100% year on year in revenue and tripled its employees since 2018. A resource pool of 200+ specialized software engineers, cloud engineers, cybersecurity experts, Data Scientists, and UX/UI designers, CBNITS has its customer base across North America, APAC, and other regions.
Rajdeep Bose, a new-age entrepreneur and an offshore outsourcing expert, was the Director of NATIT Solved Pvt. Ltd before partnering with Naveen Bachkethi to start CBNITS in 2018. Rajdeep is a seasoned technologist with more than 16 years of experience in a wide range of IT-related services spanning across Healthcare, E-commerce, Fintech and Ed-tech sectors. Skilled in Software Development, Digital Engineering, Blockchain Development, Big Data, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, ERP solutions, SaaS and Cloud Technologies, his core lies in Java, React, JavaScript, Flutter, Python, and Angular to name a few. Prior to his venture in entrepreneurship, he has worked with tech giants like Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Intrasoft.

Co-Founder Naveen Bachkethi, has more than 15 years of experience in leading product teams ranging from Fortune 50 to mid-sized enterprises. Naveen has an incredible portfolio of holding multiple patents and has been part of four large acquisitions. He has led engineering teams in giants like Intel, McAfee, and VMWare as well as multiple product led start-ups like NetXen, Reconnex, E8 Security, and NetSkope in the USA. His rich expertise in Cyber Security, Healthcare, and Edtech sectors makes him a seasoned IT trailblazer.
