Our approach to talent development centers on Experience, Exposure, and Education, with employees completing mandatory learning curriculums annually. Notably, 80% of our employees have completed Level 1 Gen AI training, integrating this cutting-edge technology into our work and embedding innovation into our engineering and delivery excellence DNA. Our award-winning 'Elevate Essentials' program, in collaboration with hyperscalers, ensures continuous skill development.
