According to property registration documents, the transaction was registered on June 30, 2026.
The acquisition includes:

Ground, first, second, and third floors
Upper basement
46 car parking spaces
47 two-wheeler parking spaces
The property is located in Kolshet, Thane, one of the fastest-growing commercial and residential hubs in the MMR.
