Paytm has donated a 100 Litre Per Minute (LPM) oxygen plant to the Kanpur Cantonment Board Hospital. The plant will support patients in need of oxygen-based care and help reduce reliance on external supply, especially during periods of high medical demand.
The oxygen plant was officially inaugurated by Shri. Ramesh Awasthi, Hon’ble Member of Parliament from Kanpur. The event was also attended by Brigadier Sabrul Hasan, Station Commandant; Shri. Stephen P.D., CEO of the Cantonment Board; Shri Lakhan Omar, Nominated Member, and Mohd. Hassan Roomi, Hon’ble MLA Cantt. Kanpur underscores a collaborative effort between public representatives and private institutions to strengthen regional healthcare infrastructure.
Paytm Foundation spokesperson said, “We are committed to strengthening healthcare infrastructure and supporting hospitals with critical resources like oxygen plants to ensure timely medical care reaches those who need it most. We are grateful to the Kanpur Cantonment Board for partnering with us in this meaningful initiative.”
