NVIDIA announced the GeForce NOW™ cloud gaming service will be available to all gamers in India starting on Wednesday, July 15, at 7:30 a.m. IST. The service will be transitioning from early access beta to launch, opening access to high-performance cloud gaming powered by the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture.
India has one of the world’s most connected and fastest-growing gaming populations, yet for many, high-performance PC gaming can be hindered by the lack of access to the latest consoles or hardware.
Membership Plans
The initial three-month beta received incredible response from the Indian gaming community, and now, gamers can become a GeForce NOW member without having to join the waitlist. For the first time in India, monthly Performance and Ultimate memberships are available, unlocking NVIDIAs highest levels of cloud gaming performance, with access to RTX technologies, higher streaming resolutions, faster frame rates and lower latency for the best possible gaming experience.
Starting July 15, gamers can sign up for the Performance tier at ₹999 per month, or the Ultimate tier for ₹1,999 per month. Day passes will be available at ₹399 and ₹799 for the Performance and Ultimate tiers, respectively.
Early pass holders will receive a one-time 20% discount on the first three months of the recurring membership, once their current pass expires. Eligible members will receive details about their offer via email. Once the offer is received, members will have one week to redeem it. Capacity remains limited, so eligible members are encouraged to redeem their offer quickly to secure their spot.
GeForce NOW also now supports UPI payments, giving gamers across India a fast, secure and convenient way to purchase memberships and day passes.
Cloud Gaming Powered by NVIDIA Blackwell RTX
GeForce NOW in India is powered by NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 SuperPODs built on the NVIDIA Blackwell RTX architecture. These servers deliver up to 62 teraflops of compute performance with a 48GB frame buffer, enabling incredible gaming experiences across all membership tiers.
The Ultimate tier unlocks NVIDIA DLSS 4 technology with Multi-Frame Generation, supporting streaming resolutions of up to 5K at 120 frames per second. For competitive players, NVIDIA Reflex technology brings click-to-pixel response times below 30 milliseconds, with support for up to 1080p at 360 fps. Compared with previous-generation cloud servers, GeForce RTX 5080 SuperPODs deliver 2.8x the performance and outpaces the PlayStation 5 Pro by more than 3x.
GeForce NOW’s Cinematic-Quality Streaming mode, made possible by the Blackwell architecture, raises the bar further for visual fidelity by combining AV1 encoding, AI video enhancement, 4:4:4 chroma and 10-bit HDR support to produce crisp text, accurate color and fine detail regardless of screen type or network conditions.
Your Games, Your Stores, One Place
As part of this launch, NVIDIA is also supporting the full library of Ready-to-Play and Install-to-Play titles with the addition of optional persistent cloud storage add-ons that deepen the available catalog and keep more games ready to play.
GeForce NOW pulls together gamers’ existing libraries across Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox, Battle.net, Gaijin and GOG from one place — without having to purchase games a second time. Members can also connect supported gaming subscriptions, including Xbox Game Pass and Ubisoft Connect, to instantly access even more titles. There is no need to wait for downloads, no patches to manage and no storage limits on a local machine to plan around.
The catalogue spans over thousands of Ready-to-Play and Install-to-Play titles — from free-to-play staples like Counter-Strike 2 to major releases including Resident Evil: Requiem and PRAGMATA, with new titles added each week.
Install-to-Play titles are supported through NVIDIA NVMesh cloud storage technology, which allows GeForce NOW-supported Steam games to download directly into cloud storage, mirroring the experience of having them on a local PC. Ultimate and Performance members receive 100GB of single-session cloud storage at no additional cost.
Members will also be able to expand their cloud storage with persistent storage add-ons: 200GB for ₹299 per month, 500GB for ₹499 per month and 1TB for ₹799 per month. Install-to-Play games saved in persistent storage will remain ready to launch without the need to download and reinstall for every session.
