CaratLane - A TATA Product  is using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to support its mission of making fine jewellery more accessible, modern, and wearable. With Oracle Fusion Applications for finance and supply chain, CaratLane has established a single, integrated platform that connects mission-critical business processes, improves visibility, and delivers AI-driven insights.

Founded in 2008, CaratLane has grown into one of India's leading jewellery retailers, operating more than 380 stores across over 150 cities alongside a robust ecommerce business, with 34 percent year-over-year business growth in FY26. As its operations continued to expand, CaratLane needed a better way to manage seasonal demand and wanted to replace its legacy systems with a scalable platform that would enable more automation and improve efficiency. After careful evaluation, CaratLane decided to move its finance and supply chain operations to Oracle Fusion Applications.

"As retailers navigate evolving customer expectations and increasingly complex operations, they need integrated systems with embedded AI that provide greater visibility, efficiency, and agility," said Shailesh Singla, vice president, Applications, Oracle India.
