The 10th edition of Digital Terminal Partners Summit 24 reached the pinnacle of success with the engaging speech delivered by the keynote speaker - Sanjiv Krishen, Founder & CMD, Iris Global Services, on the stage. The session carried forward the legacy of his deep industry insights, translated through their decades of experience.

While motivating the present dignitaries with his five decades of experience, Mr. Sanjiv Krishen shared his journey from being a 5-crore turnover company to crossing 2700 crores. Giving credit for introducing interactive flat panels to India, he accoladed Virender Singh as a pioneer in the education sector. Being nostalgic, he gave the example of his 55-crore worth Assam project, where giving online education to 2000 schools was quite challenging as the state lagged with electricity, internet, and other necessities. He also mentioned that his other venture into the CCTV sector was worth 60 crore.

He also emphasized the coming opportunities in the education sector in line with the increasing demand for interactive flat panels as India is already on the verge of shortage due to the government’s Make in India initiative. So, the opportunity lies in acquiring the manufacturing sector and assembling IFPs.

In the security sector, the Supreme Court of India has mandated that every police station must be equipped with CCTV cameras. This creates opportunities for providing storage solutions, servers, UPS systems, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Additionally, he highlighted growing opportunities in the drone industry being used in the ariel survey in agriculture, security, defense, and more.

He also highlighted Artificial Intelligence as a key area of opportunity, particularly in the Data Centre segment. While standard servers may cost around 15 lakhs with a power consumption of 1 KVA, AI servers start at 2 crores. At the same time, a minimum of 8 servers is required to establish a meaningful Data Center, representing an initial investment of 16 crores or more. Additionally, he shared details about ongoing AI server projects: one in Noida valued at ₹22 crore, another in Bombay worth ₹70 crore, and a third project with an investment of ₹200 crore.
