In his new role, Sumit Mudiraj will lead the company’s technology strategy, digital innovation roadmap and enterprise transformation initiatives as Realatte continues to expand its innovation-driven business operations in the evolving digital ecosystem.

Sumit brings extensive experience across digital transformation, technology strategy, growth leadership and customer-centric digital ecosystems. His appointment reflects Realatte’s continued emphasis on leveraging advanced technologies, data-driven decision-making and AI-enabled transformation to drive scalable business growth and operational efficiency.
Before being elevated to the role of CIO, Sumit served as Senior Vice President – Digital Transformation and Growth at Realatte, where he played a key role in driving strategic digital initiatives and strengthening the company’s technology-led business capabilities.

Prior to joining Realatte, Sumit Mudiraj held leadership positions at Solitaire and Pilgrim, where he was associated with digital growth, customer engagement and technology transformation initiatives across rapidly evolving consumer and D2C business environments.
Over the years, he has developed strong expertise in areas including martech, AI-led business transformation, CRM strategy, customer experience enhancement and digital innovation frameworks aimed at improving business agility and customer engagement.

In addition to his corporate leadership journey, Sumit has also contributed to the academic and professional learning ecosystem as a Visiting Professor at Chetana's Institute of Management & Research and as a Coach with upGrad.
