Backed by nearly three decades of leadership in technology, consulting, and cybersecurity, Dr. Iyer has honed her expertise in cloud applications, DevSecOps, information security management, incident response, and agile IT transformation. Her seasoned background includes senior roles at prominent multinational firms such as Wipro, Infosys, and iGATE, where she consistently drove IT portfolio optimization, global account delivery, and service excellence across the telecom, financial services, and insurance verticals.
In her dual leadership capacity, Dr. Iyer will merge IT innovation with uncompromising security, furthering Reliscale’s mission to deliver trusted, resilient, and future-ready IT and cybersecurity solutions to its clients. Her appointment marks a significant milestone in the company’s evolution, reinforcing its commitment to excellence and secure digital transformation.
Dr. Iyer holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Artificial Intelligence Governance and Responsible AI from Rushford Business School, Geneva. She has earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM-K), along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune. Earlier in her academic journey, she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Mumbai University, providing her with a strong analytical and scientific foundation.
