Gulf Oil India has announced the appointment of Ketan Lodaya as its Chief Digital and Information Officer, marking a significant step in the company’s continued focus on technology-driven growth and business modernization.
In this strategic leadership role, Lodaya will oversee the company’s digital and IT agenda, driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, strengthening technology frameworks, and enabling innovation across functions. He will also focus on building scalable digital capabilities designed to support Gulf Oil India’s growth ambitions in an increasingly competitive and technology-led business environment.

Rich Industry Experience
Ketan Lodaya brings with him more than 26 years of experience across business transformation, engineering, enterprise technology, manufacturing systems, and strategic leadership. Over the course of his career, he has built a strong track record of leading organizations through change, modernization, and growth.
Prior to joining Gulf Oil India, he served as AVP – Business Transformation at Yokohama-ATG, where he was responsible for leading key transformation programs aimed at improving business processes, operational performance, and strategic execution.
Before that, Lodaya spent over 12 years at General Mills, one of the world’s leading food companies. In his most recent role as Head – Global Engineering Solutions, he led global engineering and technology programs, helping drive innovation, systems advancement, and operational excellence across international markets.
Earlier in his career, he held important roles at GeometricPLM and Bayer, where he gained valuable expertise in engineering systems, product lifecycle management, and digital ecosystems.
