Redington Limited marked International Women’s Day with “Unlock Her Power,” a focused campaign celebrating women across the organisation and reaffirming its commitment to inclusion and leadership development.
Introduced as part of Redington’s Global Women’s Impact Week, the campaign builds on the company’s continued efforts to foster a more inclusive workplace and enable equitable leadership pathways across its global operations.
Developed under Redington’s Unlock Next vision, Unlock Her Power celebrates the growing impact of women across the organisation while enabling their continued leadership growth. The campaign supports structured engagement through mentorship, allyship, expanded opportunities, and greater visibility for women across functions and regions.
Designed as an ongoing engagement initiative, Unlock Her Power brings together employees across geographies to encourage leadership development, cross-functional collaboration, and meaningful dialogue on inclusion.
This year’s theme, “Unlock Her Power,” reflects Redington’s belief that when women are supported through opportunity, advocacy, and allyship, it strengthens organisational culture and drives collective performance.
