Redington Limited has appointed industry veteran Paresh Shetty as Head of Data Center Strategy. With close to three decades of experience spanning data centers, cloud services, telecommunications, enterprise technology, and digital transformation, Shetty will lead Redington's long-term strategy to strengthen its presence in one of the fastest-growing segments of the technology industry.
Driving the Next Phase of Data Center Growth
In his new leadership role, Shetty will be responsible for shaping Redington's data center growth roadmap by building stronger collaborations with OEMs, hyperscalers, and technology partners. He will also work towards expanding opportunities across enterprise and service provider markets while enabling customers to adopt scalable, secure, and AI-ready infrastructure.
His appointment comes as organizations increasingly modernize their IT environments to support cloud-native applications, high-performance computing, AI workloads, and data-intensive business operations.
Brings Three Decades of Technology Leadership
Before joining Redington, Shetty served as Chief Executive Officer of Syntel Telecom and Arya Omnitalk Wireless Solutions Private Limited, where he led strategic business expansion and organizational transformation initiatives.
Earlier, as President of Sales at CtrlS Datacenters, he was instrumental in driving the company's enterprise sales, colocation services, cloud business, and strategic partnerships across domestic and international markets.
Over the course of his career, Shetty has also held leadership positions at Vodafone Idea Limited, Idea Cellular Ltd, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Xerox, L&T Technology Services, Newgen Software, and Communication Links, building extensive expertise in enterprise sales, cloud platforms, digital infrastructure, and business transformation.
