Iris Global Services continues to strengthen its long-standing partner ecosystem by enabling growth opportunities for system integrators across India. In its latest engagement, Iris Global has successfully executed a Rs 10 crore compute infrastructure order from Dell Technologies for its long-standing Mumbai partner Datasoft Network Solutions, supporting an enterprise customer deployment.

The deal represents one of the many technology projects delivered through the trusted partnership between the two companies, which spans more than three decades and reflects Iris Global’s consistent commitment to empowering channel partners with reliable supply chains, flexible credit structures, and access to cutting-edge technologies.

Founded in 1990 by Irwin Pinto, Datasoft Network Solutions has evolved into a well-established SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning) IT infrastructure company headquartered in Mumbai, India’s financial capital.

The company specializes in enterprise IT infrastructure deployments, including virtualization, cloud platforms, storage and backup solutions, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), cyber security, and data center technologies.

Datasoft’s association with Iris Global dates back to 1997–98, when Iris Global founders Sanjiv Krishen and Kamini Talwar visited the company’s early office in Byculla, Mumbai. Since then, the collaboration has grown steadily, enabling Datasoft to scale its enterprise business through access to global technology vendors and reliable distribution support.

Over the years, Datasoft has developed strong alliances with global technology leaders including Dell, IBM, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Lenovo, Accops, Veeam, Nutanix, Kaspersky, NetApp, VMware, Arcserve, Microsoft and Sophos.

Today the company employs over 100 certified engineers and techno-sales specialists, operating branch offices in Pune, Ahmedabad, and Chennai, along with operational presence in Delhi and Bengaluru to support enterprise deployments across India.

Datasoft provides IT infrastructure solutions to leading enterprises and public sector organizations including IDBI Bank, Nabard Bank, National Payments Corporation of India, Sterling & Wilson, Godrej Group, Mahindra Group, KKR and other Enterprises. The company also delivers IT infrastructure deployments for data centers and healthcare institutions across the country.

Speaking to the media, Mr Irvin Pinto, Founder - Managing Director of Datasoft Network Solutions, emphasized the role Iris Global has played in supporting the company’s long-term growth.

“Our relationship with Iris Global goes beyond business — it is built on trust and long-standing personal engagement with the founding team. Their consistent support through timely supplies, responsive logistics, and flexible credit arrangements has helped us execute large enterprise projects across India.”

Datasoft revenue closed at Rs 110 crore in FY2025, it expects to achieve Rs 130 crore in the current fiscal year. With increasing demand for enterprise IT infrastructure, the company is now targeting Rs 250 crore revenue by 2029, with expansion plans across cyber security deployments, managed services and AI-driven infrastructure projects.

“Iris Global has always been extremely responsive and supportive in helping us close and execute projects. Their strong engagement especially from Ms. Kamini Talwar and Mr. Sanjiv Krishen helps us move quickly on transactions and customer requirements,” - Pinto added.

Datasoft currently derives nearly 75% of its revenue from enterprise sector customers, while government and PSU organizations contribute around 25%.

The company plans to gradually increase its government sector participation to around 30%, although payment cycles and working capital lock-ins remain a challenge for system integrators in the segment.

According to Pinto, demand for AI-ready infrastructure and data center solutions is growing rapidly across enterprises. However, supply chain disruptions in global semiconductor and storage component markets have led to a sharp rise in prices of memory modules, hard drives, and storage systems.

“Demand for AI infrastructure is growing, but supply constraints are affecting availability. In the past quarter alone, prices of memory and storage components have surged significantly, and some organizations are temporarily delaying purchases while waiting for stabilization,” he noted.

Commenting on the recent project, Mr HireKhan Pathan, Regional Manager West at Iris Global, said the company remains committed to supporting partners like Datasoft with reliable technology distribution. He said “Datasoft recently sourced a Rs 10 crore Dell  servers and storage infrastructure order through Iris Global for its enterprise customer in Delhi with DR at Hyderabad. Our role is to ensure seamless technology access and dependable supply so that partners can execute complex enterprise installations with confidence.”

Iris Global continues to expand its portfolio across emerging technology domains including AI infrastructure, cyber security, networking, telecom, and Make-in-India technology solutions.

Under the leadership of Founder & CMD Mr Sanjiv Krishen, who was recently honored with the “IT Man of the Year 2025” recognition, Iris Global has consistently demonstrated strong execution capability in large-scale IT infrastructure deployments nationwide.

“Iris Global is a partner-first organization,” said Krishen.“Our objective is to empower our partners with the latest global technologies, strong Make-in-India solutions, and flexible credit structures so they can deliver mission-critical projects successfully.”

The company is targeting Rs 4,000 crore revenue for FY2026, continuing to strengthen its position as one of India’s most trusted national IT distribution companies.

With more than 27 years of distribution leadership, Iris Global enables technology deployments across sectors including education, healthcare, government, defense, BFSI, telecom, hospitality, industrial automation, oil & gas and power utilities.
