The Jalandhar Computer Dealers Association successfully concluded its flagship JCDA Cricket Tournament 2026, bringing together the city's IT dealers, distributors, system integrators, and technology professionals for a day of competitive cricket and industry networking. Held at a Box Cricket Ground in Jalandhar, the tournament attracted more than 70 members, providing an ideal platform to strengthen professional relationships, encourage collaboration, and celebrate the spirit of togetherness within the local IT community.
The annual sporting event served as more than just a cricket tournament. It provided a valuable platform for members to interact beyond business discussions, strengthen professional relationships, exchange ideas, and celebrate the spirit of collaboration that has long been the foundation of Jalandhar's thriving IT community.
The successful execution of the tournament reflected the collective efforts of the association's leadership team, which continues to actively organize initiatives that strengthen industry engagement and encourage collaboration among members.
The leadership team of JCDA comprises Rajiv Khanna (Chairman), Supreet Singh (President), Shyamal Gupta (Vice President), Paras Dhiwan (General Secretary), Satish Saini (Joint Secretary), Mohit Arora (PRO), and Gaurav Arora (Cashier).
Four Teams Battle for Championship Glory
The tournament featured four competitive teams representing members of the association:
JCDA Kings, captained by Mohit Arora
JCDA Warriors, captained by Tarun Bhaskar
JCDA Strikers, captained by Vikas Puri
JCDA Stars, captained by Jatin Khanna
The matches were played in an energetic and highly competitive atmosphere, with every team displaying remarkable sportsmanship, teamwork, and enthusiasm.
In the opening semi-final, JCDA Strikers secured a convincing victory over JCDA Warriors, while JCDA Kings defeated JCDA Stars in the second semi-final to set up an exciting championship clash.
The grand finale witnessed an intense contest between JCDA Kings and JCDA Strikers. Demonstrating excellent coordination, disciplined gameplay, and consistent performance throughout the tournament, JCDA Strikers, led by captain Vikas Puri, emerged as the champions of JCDA Cricket Tournament 2026. JCDA Kings, under the leadership of Mohit Arora, finished as worthy runners-up after an impressive campaign.
