Iris Global Ventures into Multi Billion Dollar Cyber Security Business in India

Iris Global Services is now venturing into a niche area with huge future prospects cyber security, ties up with Singapore based Garini Technologies Corporation one of the world’s leading futuristic science and Technology Company.

Iris Global (IGS) being the technology integration arm of Iris Computers is now getting the full advantage of Iris Computers being back with its aggressive innovative & responsive team of Mr. Som Arya and Ms Kamini Talwar led by its founder Mr. Sanjiv Krishen. Krishen has cleared all bank dues and acquired his company back from Inflexion Point.

According to CEO of Iris Global Services Himanshu Chawla,“ We are now looking at the multi-billion dollar cyber security industry in India which is fairly untapped.” The entire economy going digital in a big way in India has also brought its flip side in the form of increase in cyber attacks. Government, industries and businesses whether big or small have all become highly vulnerable to cyber attacks. Cyber crimes have increased manifold. It is estimated that cyber crime damage cost will hit $6 trillion annually by 2021 and cyber security spending will touch $ 1Trillion by 2021. Protecting data and seeing that data is not compromised at any stage has become paramount as all processes are moving to becoming online. Today cyber security is the fundamental need for any enterprise based online. In India there has been manifold increase in cyber crimes over the last few years but the big companies have yet to enter the cyber security arena where large number start ups are trying to take it up.
