With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years, Bhandari brings deep expertise in digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and e-governance. He has held leadership positions at several leading technology organizations including Hitachi Vantara, MGRM, Hitachi Systems, Oracle, and HP. Known for his strategic vision and partnership-building capabilities, he has played a pivotal role in developing technology solutions that address complex public sector challenges and societal needs.
An alumnus of Delhi University, Rajan Bhandari holds a degree in Electronics.
At Cisco, Bhandari will spearhead initiatives that support India’s mission for inclusive digital development, working closely with government bodies to implement scalable, secure, and citizen-centric solutions.
