Indian wearable brand Noise has raised $20 million in a follow-on funding round from American audio company Bose Corporation, strengthening its foothold in one of the fastest-growing consumer tech markets globally. This is Bose’s second round of investment in Noise, following a $10 million infusion in December 2023, marking a significant instance of a global brand backing an Indian startup in the same category.

Speaking on the development, Amit Khatri posted on his LinkedIn handle and wrote, “This isn’t just about funding—it’s about building value, scale, and experiences that truly resonate with the next generation of consumers. We’re incredibly grateful for Bose’s continued trust—and even more excited about what we’re building next.”

India’s wearable industry is flourishing, and with this investment, the country’s market is anticipated to grow to the forefront with leading global brands. Noise is co-founded by Amit Khatri and Gaurav Khatri, and builds a portfolio of smartwatches, audio gear, and health-tech solutions that resonate strongly with Gen Z and millennial consumers. Its growth and investment by a global company is a testament to its growth that has put it at the forefront of the Indian landscape.

At the same time, Bose Corporation is a globally renowned American audio equipment company that specializes in delivering premium sound systems, headphones, and innovative audio technologies. Founded by Amar G. Bose, known for its noise-cancelling headphones, home audio systems, and professional audio products.

In association with Bose, Noise is expected to explore into the premium segments, while incorporating more AI and health-tech features. According to Tracxn data, as on December 19, 2023, Noise’s overall valuation is $ 459 M.
