A significant number of users still rely on older, magnetic spinning hard disk drives in their laptops and desktops. Upgrading to SSDs is one of the easiest ways to enhance the performance of these older systems. This presents a massive opportunity for the SSD ecosystem to expand. SSDs offer several advantages, including faster storage technology, lower heat dissipation, and improved energy efficiency. Despite being a great technology, the widespread use of magnetic drives in India's install base indicates a significant opportunity for both consumer and enterprise SSD adoption and deployment.”
