Xiaomi India Onboards Sudhin Mathur As Its New Chief Operating Officer

To enhance operational efficiency, Xiaomi India, the consumer electronics manufacturer, has appointed Sudhin Mathur as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Sudhin will leverage his exceptional leadership and dynamic energy to drive the company’s success. Xiaomi announced the appointment news via its LinkedIn handle.

Sudhin Mathur brings along a distinguished career spanning over 30 years and is celebrated for his achievements in Consumer Marketing and Business Management across the Services, Telecom, and Office Automation sectors. He has set new industry standards with his expertise in driving brand building, P&L, retail transformation, and spearheading high-performance teams.

In the announcement, the company wrote, that his expertise in change management and his ability to guide organizations toward transformative success are exceptional. As a “start-up specialist,” Sudhin has marked a global presence for various MNCs in India and guided them to cross the billion-dollar revenue milestones.

Before that, he has worked with Shoptalk Retail Marketing Services Pvt Ltd., LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd., Sony EricssonSony, Ericsson, RPG Paging Services Ltd., and Modi Xerox.

As per his educational qualification is concerned, Sudhin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
