Prithvi Exchange (India) Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Rashmi Surana as its new Independent Director, effective immediately.

Ms. Surana is a distinguished legal professional and Partner at Surana & Surana International Attorneys, Chennai. She holds an LLB degree, a PGPX from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is an Accredited Mediator from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University, USA, as well as from Maadhyam International Council for Conflict Resolution, New Delhi.

With extensive expertise in mediation and the resolution of complex multi-party disputes, Ms. Surana has advised on restructuring holding structures, operational frameworks, and dispute mechanisms for diverse organizations. She is also a trusted advisor to family businesses, helping them navigate governance, succession, and strategic growth challenges.

Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Surana has hosted high-profile meetings with Heads of States, diplomats, political leaders, and industry stalwarts from India and abroad. She also spearheads the Corporate Social Responsibility and community development initiatives of the Surana & Surana Public Charitable Trust.
