Bringing over two decades of rich experience in engineering leadership, product development, and digital innovation, Singh’s appointment signals Yatra’s commitment to enhancing user experience and technological capabilities. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving technology strategy, overseeing engineering management and teams, and scaling technology-driven innovations to achieve operational goals.
Before joining Yatra Online, Himanshu Singh held prominent roles at several leading organisations, including DreamFolks, Novo, Deloitte, and Concentrix. At DreamFolks, as a Vice President of Engineering, he led engineering efforts. While working with Novo, a prominent U.S.-based fintech platform, he played a key role of an Engineering Manager in building a neo bank tailored for U.S.-based small and mid-sized businesses.
Earlier in his career at Concentrix, Himanshu led cross-functional engineering teams that worked across Solution Architecture, Engineering Leadership, Project Management, Full-Stack Development, and Software Architecture for global clients. Adding to his impressive credentials is his entrepreneurial stint as founder of Subzcribe, a tool designed to help users track and manage recurring expenses. In addition to this, he founded Swappedin, which is a job referral platform for candidates to connect with their target companies for job referrals.
He also worked with Tech Mahindra as a Software Engineer, leveraging MySQL, Amazon Web Services, Core Java, Angular 2, Full-Stack Development, and AngularJS for technical innovations. He started his professional career with Mobicule Technologies as a Java Developer.
As per his educational background, he has earned certifications and licenses in Generative AI Bootcamp, Data Science Master's Program, and Oracle Certified Java Programmer, to name a few.
