Deduce Technologies announced the inauguration of its new office in Karimnagar, Telangana, marking a strategic expansion into one of India’s growing Tier 3 cities. At a time when many technology firms are slowing their pace of growth, Deduce is reinforcing its commitment to regional talent and distributed operations.
Located in the Karimnagar IT Tower, the new 83,000 sq. ft. facility is designed to accommodate up to 3,000 employees and will support key functions including product development, digital transformation, and annotation services.
“We made a promise to our associates that we would unlock the potential of Tier-3 Indian cities by creating technology jobs where they are needed the most. The Karimnagar office symbolizes our belief that innovation can emerge from anywhere, not just traditional tech hubs,” said Mahima Shrivastava, Director (Corporate Strategy), Deduce Technologies.
This expansion aligns with Deduce’s decentralised growth model, which aims to embed operations in regional hubs while staying closely connected to its global client base. The company is targeting 25% year-on-year growth by leveraging a geographically diverse talent pool to maintain resilience in a dynamic business environment.
“We are amazed by the skills, commitment and talent that we have seen in smaller cities. Our Srinagar office that we started in 2021 with 10 employees, now has a team of over 100 professionals and has received strong client feedback for its solution-centric skills,” added Mr. Sanjay MS, Global Head of Operations at Deduce Technologies. “We foresee India’s next generation of tech talent emerging in smaller cities like Karimnagar, Salem, Varanasi.”
A key focus of Deduce’s regional expansion is increasing access to employment for women in semi-urban areas, enabling professionals to pursue careers in technology without relocating from their home regions.
Karimnagar is the first in a series of planned regional centres across India and other emerging geographies. This initiative is part of Deduce’s broader goal to support inclusive growth, strengthen local economies, and build sustainable, distributed technology capabilities.
