CoinSwitch has launched SmartInvest, a new feature designed to enable users to reap the benefits of advanced crypto trading in a simplified white glove service.
SmartInvest allows users to leverage expert trading strategies without coding expertise, aimed at enhancing their gains and minimizing the risk through intelligent strategy execution. This offering is an extension of CoinSwitch’s API trading which was launched last year.
Balaji Srihari, Business Head at CoinSwitch, explained, “Crypto trading can feel complex—choosing assets, timing entries and exits, identifying opportunities… It's challenging for investors. The API trading feature, which was launched last year, received strong interest; however, we recognized that many users lacked the skills or time to create their own strategies. SmartInvest bridges this gap, allowing investors to access expert-driven strategies without needing coding expertise.”
SmartInvest offers a selection of strategies crafted by experienced traders, optimized to seize market opportunities, including arbitrage. Users can evaluate and choose from available strategies based on historical profits, minimum investment requirements, and adoption statistics. Once selected, SmartInvest’s algorithms execute trades automatically on behalf of users, with a share of profits allocated to strategy developers. Users will be able to monitor the real-time Profit and Loss (P&L) from the SmartInvest section.
CoinSwitch piloted the feature in September and received an overwhelming response. SmartInvest currently features nine expert creators offering 13 strategies, each meticulously vetted through a three-stage assessment. Strategies with proven profitability gain broader user access, ensuring reliability and high performance. Since the launch, creators have on average made an income of Rs 2 lakh per month through creator commission. Creator income is a fraction of profits generated for investors.
CoinSwitch continues to enhance its API trading platform with high-frequency capabilities, including advanced sockets and higher rate limits for APIs, solidifying its commitment to robust, user-friendly crypto trading tools.
