Bybit has officially launched its flagship annual trading competition, the World Series of Trading (WSOT) 2025. This year’s edition will redefine the crypto trading environment with a record-breaking price of 10million USDT and a groundbreaking move to eliminate all equity requirements at the time of registration.
WSOT 2025 opened early registration on August 12 at 10 AM UTC, and it will be open in three phases until late registration closes on September 6. The main competition is from August 27 to September 15, 2025, featuring four reward categories and multiple side events, including the WSOT Trader’s Camp and WSOT On-Chain Trader house, offering separate prize pools and bonuses.
As a major step in promoting inclusivity and fairness, Bybit has introduced a tiered and weighted, and tiered competition model. Traders will now compete in divisions ranging from Beginner ($100) to Heavyweight ($10,000), ensuring fair play and a level field for participants across levels.
With support from key ecosystem partners such as EthicHub, Blockchain for Good Alliance, SUI, and CryptoBanter, WSOT 2025 highlights the convergence of CeFi, DeFi, and TradFi. Notable prize segments include 3.6 million USDT for Global Squad PnL%, 2.44 million USDT for regional volume, and daily prizes of 40,000 USDT.
