SimplAI announced that it previously closed a $2.5 million seed funding round in 2025, led by JBV Capital, a San Francisco–based deep-tech fund, with participation from Hovancik Fund, 1947 Rise, PointOne Capital, and strategic angel investors from the global enterprise software ecosystem.
The funding supports SimplAI’s next phase of growth, accelerating go-to-market expansion across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, while deepening its proprietary multi-agent orchestration capabilities and vertical-specific AI solutions. SimplAI’s Agentic AI Operating System enables enterprises to build, deploy, govern, and scale production-grade AI agents that automate complex workflows, with security, compliance, governance, and observability built in.
SimplAI is focused on addressing one of the most persistent challenges in enterprise AI adoption: moving from pilots to reliable, mission-critical production deployments. Its cloud-agnostic architecture allows organizations to deploy across on-prem, private cloud, VPC, and sovereign environments in days, and expand AI usage across multiple workflows with operational control and auditability.
"Enterprise AI has hit an infrastructure ceiling,” said Sandeep Dinodiya, Founder and CEO of SimplAI. “While models and agents have advanced rapidly, enterprises still lack the operating system required to run AI reliably in production. SimplAI is that missing system layer.”
As part of its growth phase, SimplAI recently appointed Manish Bharti as Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer to support global enterprise adoption. Manish previously served as President and senior executive at UiPath, where he helped scale the company through early growth and global expansion to a publicly listed enterprise. He has also held senior leadership roles at Automation Anywhere and served as Chief Revenue Officer at CoreStack.
“Manish has taken enterprise platforms from early scale to IPO-level operations, and that experience strengthens our ability to drive real enterprise adoption globally,” Dinodiya added. “He understands what it takes to align customer trust, partner ecosystems, and execution at scale.”
The combination of institutional seed funding and experienced enterprise leadership positions SimplAI to scale adoption across banking and financial services, insurance, government, and complex enterprise environments, as organizations seek a trusted system layer for running agentic AI in production.
