JioMeals is positioned as an internal food-ordering service designed to make ordering meals more convenient for employees working at the corporate campus. AI Assistant Rio Adds Personalised Recommendations
One of the notable features of JioMeals is Rio, an artificial intelligence assistant designed to help employees discover dishes based on their preferences. The platform provides personalised suggestions and also allows users to reorder dishes they have previously selected.

The applicationโs screenshots reportedly specify that it is for RCP employees only, and Jio has not announced plans to open the service to the general public.
